I decided that the recipe for Wild Mushroom, Flank Steak, and Poblano Tacos sounded pretty straightforward. When at the grocery store, my frugal nature kicked in, and I couldn’t bring myself to pay twice as much (or more) for wild mushrooms as I could for regular button mushrooms. Aside from that ingredient substitution, I followed the directions closely.
These were pretty good. We didn’t really need salsa with them. The poblano made them spicy. I don’t know if I would make these again, but they were decent enough to try once.
